The BMS ACH app creates a flat file based on the Visual Payment Entry Module that is then uploaded to your bank for processing though the Automated Clearing House (ACH) and Electronic File Transfer (EFT) formats.

It also facilitates the generation of Payment Advices which are emailed to vendors automatically, including paid invoice details and terms, once payments have been processed.

About the ACH App for Visual ERP

This ACH Module of the Paperless App allows you to pay your vendors electronically directly from your Visual system, facilitating the creation of the electronic file that contains payment instructions and recipients’ information. The app sends an email notification when the payments have been processed.

  8. ACH: Through this interface, ACH check run information from Visual is validated to create the ACH file to upload into the company bank’s online system. ACH facilitates the creation of the electronic file containing payment instructions and recipients’ information – based on the relevant data stored in Visual – and will be sent to the company’s bank for processing.
